The Performance Packages DO NOT include Lights and Sounds Services. These are rates for live performances ONLY.
Clients may provide their own lights and sounds for the event through through a third-party supplier or choose from our Lights and Sounds Service Packages below for their convenience.
In the event the client/s provide their own Lights and Sounds, the musicians will only bring their musical instruments and provide the list of their technical requirements as usual.

BASE RATE
We offer competitive rates for weddings, corporate events, large gatherings, and other special occasions, with packages that can be tailored to your specific preferences. To secure your reservation, a 40% downpayment is required. This ensures your date is exclusively reserved for your event.
FOOD
Clients are responsible for providing meals for the musicians during the event, either through crew meals or by including them in the main lunch/dinner service.
ASSISTANT/S (P.A.)
All our packages include 1 to 2 P.A.s to assist the musicians with carrying instruments, set-ups, photo opp and other needs. There is no additional charge for this service, but meals must also be provided for them.
WEDDING RECEPTION
Our musicians will perform a setlist of popular wedding love songs, and clients are welcome to request 1 to 4 specific songs for inclusion.
CORPORATE/BIRTHDAYS
The musicians will play their own curated setlist, adjusting to the flow of your event and the crowd's vibe, with the option for clients to request 1 to 3 songs.
WEDDING CEREMONY
For the entourage processional, bridal walk, and other key ceremony moments, clients can provide their chosen songs. Performances will be instrumental by default, except for the bridal walk, which can include vocals depending on your preference.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LIVE PERFORMANCES
1. To officially book your events, 40% (NON-REFUNDABLE) downpayment is required. Pencil-booked events are still marked available for other clients until down payment is processed.
2. Performance Packages are different services from Lights and Sounds Services. The services above are acquired separately for their respective rates. Discounts are given depending on the ongoing promotions during the time of booking (processing of down payment).
3. Overtime fees are charged on top of the payment of the acquired services upon the client and the suppliers' agreement. Overtime Fees depend on the number musicians and crew. (P2,000 per band member and P500 per crew)
LIGHTS AND SOUNDS
1. The service covers 6 hours at max. EVERY EXCEEDING HOURS is P1,000 (PER HOUR RATE)
2. Any equipment that the guests damage by accident or on purpose will be paid in full price or replaced with the same equipment make and model.
3. In case of power outage, EJ’s Lights and Sounds will not be liable in providing emergency power sources.
